Founding Principal & Chief Executive Officer

David has served as Head Trader and Portfolio Manager of New Paradigm Fund, LP since its inception in 1997. Before founding the fund, he managed investment portfolios for the Mastran family office. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Principal & Managing Director

Paul serves as Co-Portfolio Manager and supports investor engagement and capital formation. He previously held senior officer positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Salomon Smith Barney, Paine Webber and Dillon Read. He is a graduate of Fairfield University.

Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer

Tom leads investor relations, business development, and compliance and operational oversight. He joined NPCM in 2025 with experience in capital formation, strategic growth and senior leadership at private capital-backed companies. He is a graduate of Boston University.

Senior Vice President of Trading

Joseph joined NPCM in 2021 and works with senior management on the trading desk. Since 2022, he has been active in trade execution and day-to-day trading operations for New Paradigm Fund, LP. He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.

Vice President

Kevin oversees compliance and day-to-day operational management. He has been with NPCM since 2009 and brings extensive experience in operational leadership and organizational management. He is a graduate of George Mason University.
